Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Saivvion Learning, we aim to deliver high-quality bootcamps that provide value to every participant. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. It is issued by Saivvion Solution Private Limited and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the time of the request relative to the scheduled start of the bootcamp. A full refund will be issued if the request is made at least five days before the bootcamp begins. If the request is made between two to four days before the start date, a partial refund of 50% will be provided. Refund requests made within 48 hours of the bootcamp or after it has started will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Option

As an alternative to refunds, participants may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same bootcamp. This request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time and is subject to availability.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases where a participant fails to attend the bootcamp, leaves the session midway, or is removed due to misconduct. Scheduling conflicts or personal reasons will also not qualify for refunds.

5. Cancellation by the Company

In the unlikely event that we cancel a bootcamp, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, participants must contact us at support@saivvion.com with their enrollment details and reason for the request. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
