By accessing this website or enrolling in any of our bootcamps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Services
Saivvion Learning provides live online bootcamps conducted through platforms such as Zoom. These bootcamps are designed to be interactive, instructor-led sessions. Participants may also receive supporting materials such as presentations, documents, or other resources. However, session recordings may or may not be provided and remain at our sole discretion.
3. Enrollment and Payments
Users can enroll in bootcamps without creating an account by submitting the required details and completing the payment process. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Razorpay, and we may introduce additional payment providers like Stripe in the future. While we ensure a smooth experience, we are not responsible for transaction failures or delays caused by payment gateways.
4. Communication
By enrolling in a bootcamp, you consent to receiving communication from us via email, phone, and WhatsApp. This communication may include enrollment confirmations, session reminders, updates, and support-related messages.
5. Access to Bootcamp
Bootcamp access details, including joining links, will be shared through the contact information provided during enrollment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address and phone number are accurate. You are also responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible device to attend the sessions.
6. User Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity during the bootcamp. You must not share access links, record sessions without permission, or distribute any course materials. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the bootcamp without eligibility for a refund, in line with our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the bootcamp, including videos, documents, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Saivvion Solution Private Limited. These materials are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes.
8. Certification
Certificates of completion will be awarded only to participants who attend at least 80% of the total bootcamp duration. Attendance will be tracked during the live sessions.
9. Rescheduling and Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule bootcamps or make changes to trainers, content, or session timings if required. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance and may be offered the option to join another available batch.
10. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While our bootcamps are designed to provide valuable knowledge and skills, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes such as job placement, career advancement, or financial results.
11. Limitation of Liability
Saivvion Solution Private Limited shall not be held liable for any technical issues, including internet disruptions on the participant's end or failures of third-party platforms such as Zoom. We are also not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior during the bootcamp.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
